Overview

We are working with a fast-growing digital agency specialising in performance marketing for high-consideration ecommerce brands. They are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to take ownership of paid media strategy and delivery across a select portfolio of clients.

This is a remote-first role offering strong autonomy, high-impact work, and excellent career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver paid media strategy across ecommerce accounts
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads
  • Analyse performance data and implement optimisation strategies
  • Work across the full funnel (awareness → conversion → retention)
  • Collaborate on creative strategy and testing
  • Manage client relationships and present performance insights

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
  • Experience with TikTok Ads (preferred)
  • Strong background in ecommerce / DTC marketing
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA and overall performance
  • Strong analytical skills (GA4, reporting tools, attribution)
  • Confident managing clients and communicating strategy

Desirable Skills

  • Experience within an agency environment
  • Exposure to additional platforms (Google Ads, Paid Social, etc.)
  • CRO / landing page optimisation experience
