Description
We are recruiting a part time and full time support workers to assist one of our clients with Acquired Brian Injury. The salary for the role is £14 per hour.
Duties
- Work with our 68 year old client with Acquired Brain Injury.
- Provide support to keep him focussed on daily living tasks, including prompting to take medication and some assistance with personal care.
- Assist our client to access the community, engage in activities of interest and be an integral part of his rehabilitation.
Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Previous experience of working in the Health Sector.
- UK Driving licence and familiarity with driving a large car.
- Trained to NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience e.g. completed year 1/level 4 of a recognised health profession degree course).
- This post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
