Care Support Worker – Fylde and Wyre Areas

Job Type: Permanent – Full-time, part-time, mornings, evenings, and weekends. Rate of pay: Between £10.52 – £11.42 per hour (weekdays and weekends). Reference: Care Support Worker – Fylde and Wyre.

Job Specification
- Visit nominated adult clients at times directed by care coordinators and management.
- Provide personal care to clients.
- Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning and domestic support to clients.
- Share necessary and appropriate information with supervisors.
- Complete all necessary paperwork.
- Fully comply with Company policies, procedures and approved practice.
- Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes.
Key Skills and Attributes
- A caring nature, good personal values with a will to do well.
- Someone who enjoys helping people and wants to make a positive difference.
- Effective communication skills.
- A positive and can-do attitude.
- Experience in care preferable but not essential – full training given.
- A Driving Licence and the use of own car are required.
