The Role

We are recruiting keen and enthusiastic Care Support Workers to work in our Extra Care Service, located in Riverside Heights – Darwen to ensure that the resident’s needs are met with dignity, respect, and compassion, alongside supporting activities in the community and within our Extra Care Services.

Job Specification

  • Visit residents within our Extra Care Services
  • Provide personal care to clients
  • Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning, and domestic support
  • Share information with Team Leader/Manager
  • Complete all necessary paperwork
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Participate in induction and training programmes

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Experience in care industry preferable (Level 2 Health & Social Care) but not essential
