This is not a traditional domiciliary care role; it is a meaningful, relationship-based role where you will spend consistent time together, supporting daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and independence.

Job Specification

  • Providing gentle, person-centred one-to-one support
  • Supporting daily routines, wellbeing and meaningful activities
  • Encouraging comfort, reassurance and emotional regulation
  • Promoting independence, choice and dignity
  • Working closely with family members and the wider support team
  • Maintaining clear, respectful communication and accurate records
  • Sharing information with Team Leader/Manager
  • Complying with Company policies and procedures
  • Participating in induction and in-service training
