About the Role
- Receive requests (minor change or user assistance) or incident reports from clients.
- Intervene on complex cases or those requiring interaction with multiple entities.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Follow up on requests until incident resolution or service delivery.
- Keep clients informed of progress until full resolution or delivery.
