About the Role

  • Receive requests (minor change or user assistance) or incident reports from clients.
  • Intervene on complex cases or those requiring interaction with multiple entities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
  • Follow up on requests until incident resolution or service delivery.
  • Keep clients informed of progress until full resolution or delivery.
