About the Role

• Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Support Level 1 and Level 2 teams through comprehensive knowledge transfer on technical queries.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and Incident Managers, enhancing communication and support.
• Conduct workshops and document processes to facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.
• Implement changes and requests on the customer's network as per operational needs.
• Offers opportunities for professional growth within a leading cybersecurity environment, emphasizing teamwork and continuous improvement.
