The Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a highly motivated individual with real-world life science industry experience in Regulatory Operations or Regulatory Affairs to drive customer success with our [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Regulatory Information Management (RIM) products in Europe. Product Experts play a key role in the product organization, supporting software product managers specializing in Submissions, Submissions Archive and Publishing applications. You will advocate the voice of the customer, using your industry knowledge to shape the product roadmap. This role is ideal for someone passionate about RIM processes and eager to collaborate with customers. Opportunities are available across Europe as a remote position. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the EU or UK.

What You'll Do

• Be the product evangelist and provide subject matter expertise for the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] RIM products, especially Submissions, Submissions Archive and Publishing.
• Stay up to date with the latest features and roadmap direction.
• Provide education to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] RIM customers in Customer Communities and forums.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to communicate product roadmap and vision.
• Contribute to best practices and process recommendations within the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] RIM product suite.
• Be the customer advocate for future product innovations.
• Collaborate with Product teams to deliver valuable content and resources.
• Provide cross-functional support to internal teams including Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support.

Requirements

• 5+ years within the regulatory industry for life sciences in Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Affairs, or related area.
• Experience in using and/or implementing RIM applications and processes including document management, submission building, publishing, and archiving of electronic submissions.
• Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate to technical product requirements.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate to end users and business teams.
• Experience interacting with customers from business users to executives, both in-person and remote.
• Strong analytical and English skills (written, verbal, presentations).
• Self-directed team player with positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Based in Europe with ability to work across time zones.
