Associate Product Manager, Vault CRM

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Systems is hiring an Associate Product Manager for the Vault CRM suite. This role involves defining product priorities, authoring design specifications, and collaborating with engineering, UX, and QA teams to deliver world-class CRM solutions. The position is remote and focuses on features like AI Agents, account management, and engagement channels.

What You'll Do

  • Define product priorities and roadmap by collecting and synthesizing input from customers, partners, executives, market owners, sales, services, and engineering
  • Be the voice of the customer and work collaboratively with product development teams to design and deliver product capabilities
  • Author high quality design specifications within an agile methodology
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. UX, engineering, QA, operations, etc.) to manage resources, timelines, and conflicts
  • Create features that are built, delivered with quality, and delight customers

Requirements

  • Ability to think critically and ask questions
  • Detail oriented, organized, good at multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • 1+ years’ work experience in fast-paced environment
  • A strong sense of professional ethics

Nice to Have

  • Experience with commercial aspects of the Life Sciences industry
  • Experience with conversational AI or large language models (LLMs)
  • Experience developing configurable enterprise SaaS solutions in an agile environment

Compensation

Base pay: $60,000 - $120,000
