Financial Administrator

This full-time, on-site role involves providing high-quality administrative support, handling client queries, and liaising with product providers. Salary is competitive and dependant on experience. Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of IO and Platform.
  • Production of concise business correspondence and proofreading with high accuracy.
  • Confidence with IT and office software including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Management and prioritising workloads.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility/adaptability to cope with change.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Client correspondence, written and verbal.
  • Processing New Business.
  • Preparation of client review packs.
  • Arranging client meetings and managing the Adviser's diary.
  • Illustration requests.
  • Ensure financial planning client administration follows procedures.
  • Maintain client records on company software.
  • Taking phone calls, enquiries, and handling them appropriately.
  • Back-office support.
