Pega Senior Developer
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Pega Senior Developer to spearhead enterprise application development and automation initiatives within the Service Delivery International (SDI) organization. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing BPM solutions using the Pega platform.
- Design, develop, and implement Pega-based applications and workflow solutions.
- Configure and customize Pega BPM components including case management, data models, and user interfaces.
- Develop business rules, integrations, and automation workflows using the Pega platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems and APIs.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support application performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
- Contribute to enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
- Collaborate with global technology teams to innovate.
Qualifications
You are an experienced Pega Senior Developer with a minimum of 3 to 8 years of development expertise. You possess hands-on experience in case management, workflows, and integrations, complemented by a deep understanding of Pega data models and UI design. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, along with certifications such as Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) and Pega Certified System Architect (CSA), will enhance your profile.
- Extensive experience with the Pega platform (PRPC / Pega Infinity).
- Proven ability in configuring case management workflows and business rule configurations.
- Advanced knowledge in developing integrations using REST/SOAP services.
- Understanding of Pega data models, UI design principles, and application architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinking and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
