About the role

The mission of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is to be the trusted partner of the customers’ digital transformation. OB Finance is an organization of 700 employees in 45 countries. GSP International Operations realizes Finance operations for affiliates outside France, covering 80 countries and 110 legal entities. This role reports to the Director of the GSP International of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], with day-to-day collaboration with the OB Fusion project Manager and the S2C Business Process Manager of the Group GSP.

Missions

  • Process Design and Optimization: Define and document standardized End to End S2C processes, ensuring consistency and compliance across all regions. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, including AI.
  • Harmonization and Continuous Improvement: Support harmonization of transactional processes across regions, using data and process mining tools to monitor performance and implement improvements.
  • System Support and Migration: Collaborate with IT and Solutions teams to support migration from legacy ERP to Fusion ERP. Develop system specifications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Training: Act as a bridge between business users, process owners, and IT teams. Facilitate communication, training, and change management.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs and dashboards to track process performance, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure all S2C activities adhere to internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance Solutions, Group experts, and regional teams to share best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in S2C or procurement processes, ideally multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of finance transformation projects, ERP systems (especially Fusion ERP), and process automation.
  • Continuous improvement methodologies (LSS, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, matrix environment.
  • Fluency in English; French and other languages are a plus.
