FULL DESCRIPTION

Service Delivery Manager (F/H)

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], the cybersecurity arm of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to act as the primary client interface for cybersecurity service contracts. The role involves managing service delivery across build, deploy, run, and cyber operations lots, ensuring SLA compliance, handling crisis situations, driving continuous improvement, and identifying business opportunities. Requires 5+ years of experience in a similar role, strong client relationship skills, project management, and cybersecurity knowledge. Fluent English and French required.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client issues and criticalities within operational teams
  • Lead the implementation of managed services (deployment tools, supervision)
  • Prepare reporting and lead committee meetings
  • Manage and anticipate crisis situations
  • Ensure SLA compliance with clients
  • Drive action plans with client teams and external providers
  • Monitor client satisfaction, propose continuous improvement plans, and optimize contracted services
  • Act as an advisor and participate in business development by identifying opportunities and referring them to sales teams
  • Report activity and escalate issues as needed

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Good project management and security project scoping abilities
  • Team management skills
  • Knowledge or interest in cybersecurity is a plus
  • Fluent English is strongly recommended (French required for governance communication)
