Digital Analytics Implementation Manager

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a senior Digital Analytics Implementation Manager to lead tag management system implementation, develop JavaScript for web analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital growth.

About the role

As a senior member of the Digital Growth team, you will be a key driver of the digital growth of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], playing a critical role in supporting and steering the digital transformation. You will lead initiatives in tools architecture and collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers, and IT developers to enhance the digital experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of Tag Management Systems, ensuring robust data collection and tracking across all digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain JavaScript code for web analytics.
  • Work with analytics engineers to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with senior product owners, UX designers, and IT developers to define tracking requirements.
  • Partner with digital growth analysts and analytics engineers to enable accurate campaign tracking.

Deliverables

  • Comprehensive tagging plans and documentation.
  • Accurate and timely updates to tags.
  • Implementation of tags for digital campaigns.
  • Collaboration with analysts for accurate reporting.
  • Regular maintenance of tracking systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tagging issues.

Key Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities (must have)

  • Expertise in Tag Management Systems (Tealium, Google Tag Manager) with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Proficient in JavaScript.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4.
  • Hands-on experience in digital campaign trafficking and tracking with UTM parameters.
  • Proven experience working with senior business and IT stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Structured approach to work.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Tools: Tealium, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, User feedback tools, UX analytics tools.

Additional Skills

Familiarity with user feedback tools and UX analytics tools.

Education Qualifications

BE/Diploma/Degree. Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field. Advanced certifications preferred.
