Full Time - Style Advisor

Role Overview
The Style Advisor (SA) is a brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building meaningful client relationships, and supporting the store’s commercial and operational objectives. SAs work closely with Senior Style Advisors and store leadership to ensure the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] service ceremony is consistently delivered, smooth shop floor operations are maintained, and commercial targets are achieved.
Customer & Brand Experience
- Act as a visible ambassador for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], creating trust, community, and personalized service.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Deliver the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] service ceremony consistently in all customer interactions.
- Provide styling advice, create outfits, and go the ‘extra mile’ to exceed customer expectations.
- Support the execution of retail events, VIP appointments, and community initiatives.
- Contribute insights from customer interactions to improve service delivery.
Commercial & Selling Leadership
- Drive sales, KPIs, and customer engagement through effective selling and personalized interactions.
- Support store leadership with feedback on sales and operational performance.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and market trends.
- Contribute to a culture of clienteling and repeat business.
Operations & Store Standards
- Follow all operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain store presentation and back-of-house areas to brand standards.
- Support smooth daily store operations.
- Collaborate with Senior Style Advisors and management.
Key Skills & Experience
- Customer-focused with styling expertise.
- Strong team player with professionalism.
- High attention to detail.
- Passionate about fashion and market trends.
- Minimum 1 year in a similar retail role.
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficient with POS systems and CRM.
