Role Overview

The Style Advisor (SA) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building meaningful client relationships, and supporting the store's commercial and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a visible ambassador for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], creating trust and personalized service.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide styling advice, create outfits, and exceed customer expectations.
• Support retail events, VIP appointments, and community initiatives.
• Drive sales, KPIs, and customer engagement through effective selling.
• Maintain store presentation and back-of-house areas to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brand standards.
• Collaborate with Senior Style Advisors and management to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and passionate about fashion and styling.
• Strong team player with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar retail or service-led role.
• Flexible to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Comfortable using POS systems, CRM, and digital tools for clienteling.
