Main purpose of job

To support the production function and ensure a continuous process flow is sustained. Responsibilities include:

  • Prep, mask, clean and touch up to support vehicle paint rework.
  • Prep, stencil, measure and fit legal label requirements to vehicle.
  • Conduct documented process.
  • Assemble and disassemble parts on the vehicle to support rework activity.
  • General housekeeping and labouring duties across the site (emptying bins, brushing-up, mopping and occasionally painting etc.) if required.
  • Comply with the Environmental, Health and Safety Policy and identify health and safety hazards prior to the commencement of work.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area as required.

What we’re looking for

  • Stacker / FLT Licence.
  • Previous experience within a factory/manufacturing environment.
  • Applied knowledge of military vehicle assembly.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively and clearly at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to prioritise, use own initiative and organise work with minimal supervision.
