Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Practitioner to join our Red Lodge team... someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

The Role

You’ll be at the heart of the children’s experience: guiding, observing, and supporting their development through purposeful play and carefully prepared environments.

  • Take ownership of a key group, deeply understanding each child’s development and next steps
  • Create and maintain a beautiful, engaging environment that invites exploration
  • Support free-flow learning, both indoors and outdoors
  • Build meaningful relationships with families, becoming a trusted partner in their child’s journey
  • Work as part of a team that reflects, evolves, and strives for excellence every day

Who We’re Looking For

  • A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities
  • Someone who is warm, proactive, and reflective in their practice
  • A team player who brings positive energy and professionalism
  • Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
