Quality Control Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspection and release of all [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] manufactured products and raw materials
  • Maintain quality control documentation for traceability and ISO9001:2015 compliance
  • Perform component First Off, In Process, and Final Release inspections
  • Support non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis
  • Assist with environmental monitoring (Bioburden and Air Particulate testing) in cleanrooms
  • Liaise with department supervisors and managers to ensure quality standards
  • Participate in internal and external ISO and customer audits
  • Record and maintain daily quality performance data

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of quality standards within manufacturing
  • Understanding of ISO9001:2015 quality standard
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in an ISO class 7 cleanroom
  • Proficient IT skills and ERP system experience
  • Good problem solving and communication skills
  • Team collaboration and multitasking ability
