EMEA Technical Solutions Engineer

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to join the EMEA Sales team. This hybrid role is available in multiple locations including Barendrecht, Ringsted, Falmouth, Guntramsdorf, Zwijnaarde, Vanda, La Queue Lez Yvelines, Rommerskirchen, Budapest, Cork, Brescia, Warszawa, Barcelona, Zurich, Dubai, Skedsmokorset, and Stockholm.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the technical specialist supporting Sales Engineers and customers across EMEA.
  • Provide expert advice, troubleshooting, and tailored solutions for complex applications.
  • Manage and respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs) with accurate specifications and costings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure project success.
  • Stay at the forefront of product and technical developments, building your expertise continuously.

What we’re looking for

  • An engineering qualification (Bachelor’s, MSc, or equivalent) or strong technical experience in a similar role.
  • Due to the nature of our EMEA team, along with fluent English, additional EMEA languages are a plus.
  • Technical knowledge within manufacturing, process, or engineering environments.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in technical support, project management, or customer engagement.
