Responsibilities

  • Sales and Commerciality: Ensure all staff maintain high product knowledge, provide proactive customer service, handle point of sale, and follow end-of-day procedures.
  • Staff Training: Support management in training staff to achieve high customer service standards, induct new members, and ensure efficiency with deliveries and stock systems.
  • Administration: Maintain awareness of figures and budgets, use line reports to optimise shop floor, handle rotas, personnel records, and support stock takes.
  • Security: Aid management in customer and stock security, heighten security awareness, and complete incident reports.
