Associate Director / Director – Project Management – HEST
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Services is expanding its North West presence and is seeking a senior Project Management professional to work alongside Regional Partner Chris Lavery.
About the Role
This is a genuine number two position — not simply supporting expansion but actively shaping and accelerating it. You'll be operating at Associate Director or Director level with a proven track record in business development and a strong network.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading business development activity, using your network to identify and secure opportunities
- Delivering project management commissions from early engagement through to completion
- Acting as a trusted advisor across multiple sectors and project stages
- Working closely with Chris Lavery to convert pipeline into secured work
- Supporting the development of a high-performing regional team, including future hires
