[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their Oxford-based HEST team. This is a permanent, hybrid role focusing on delivering high-value projects in health, education, science, and technology sectors.
The Opportunity
Join the Oxford HEST team – a high-performing, close-knit group of ~25+ professionals. Projects include science & research facilities at Harwell Campus, major university schemes, life sciences facilities, healthcare developments, heritage refurbishments, and government-backed science programmes.
Role Details
You will take ownership of projects typically ranging from £5m to £60m+, leading them from inception through to completion. Responsibilities include leading projects and client relationships, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and driving delivery on complex, high-value schemes.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating at PM or SPM level within a consultancy/client-side environment (essential)
- Proven ability to lead and deliver projects end-to-end
- Ideally experienced working with both NEC & JCT forms of contract
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Degree qualified (Project Management or construction-related discipline)
- Working towards (or interested in achieving) Chartership
