The Department
Our firm has a leading Litigation and Arbitration practice, with over 170 lawyers across Europe, Asia Pacific, the US and the Caribbean. The team acts in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes of all kinds.
The Role
We are looking for a robust, career-minded Litigation Paralegal to join our team.
Areas of focus and responsibilities
- Collating bundles for hearings – electronic and hardcopy
- Assist with preparation for hearings
- Electronic and hard copy document management
- Assist with drafting correspondence
- Carrying out legal and business research, due diligence and disclosure
- Drafting, reviewing, amending and proof-reading materials and documents
- Working with the lawyers to prepare fee estimates and pitches
- Managing litigation filings and documents
- Management of large-scale litigation projects including budget, quality control and timescale
- Setting up project plans and monitoring and updating these
- Managing complex billing processes including the production of spreadsheets of costs incurred
- General administrative duties

Key skills and experience
- Experience working as a Litigation Paralegal is highly desirable
- Ideally suited for someone who has secured a training contract commencing in 2027 or beyond
- Familiarity with relevant technology e.g. document management systems, time recording systems, disclosure review platforms
- Strong research skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
- Financial aptitude (for billing)
- Strong academics
- Excellent written and communication skills
The essentials
- 9.30am – 5.30pm but flexibility is a must
- 12-month fixed term contract
- Minimum of at least two days per week in the office (Hybrid)
