FULL DESCRIPTION

Customer Service Advisor | Receptionist

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our showroom. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, is naturally friendly, and thrives in a varied, busy environment.

No previous experience is required — full training will be provided. If you have the right attitude and enjoy working with people, we'd love to meet you.

Your Responsibilities

Welcoming customers to the showroom and directing them to the right department (Sales or Service).
Handling phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Assisting the Sales Team with general customer enquiries and support.
Assist the Aftersales Department in carrying out appointments and MOT bookings

Someone who is friendly, well-presented, and enjoys helping others
Confidence in speaking with customers in person and on the phone
Willingness to learn — experience is welcome but absolutely not essential
