Lead Finance Business Partner

What you'll do

  • Commercial Finance & Business Partnering
    • Build financial partnerships with key stakeholders in functions like Product, GTM, Operations.
    • Drive insights from key metrics (GMV, take rate, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn).
    • Support business case development for strategic initiatives.
    • Partner with Senior Director of FP&A and CFO for board-level reporting.
  • Forecasting & Analysis
    • Evolve planning models to bridge financial targets with operational execution.
    • Build management reporting and dashboards.
    • Develop expertise in transaction-based revenue model.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize unit economics.
  • Team Development
    • Bring fresh perspectives to KPI framework.
    • Contribute to high-performing FP&A culture.
    • Represent FP&A in cross-functional projects.
