Birmingham | Permanent | £65,000 basic plus uncapped commission

About The Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is an award-winning tech-enabled translation and interpreting company specialising in health and social care sectors. We are looking for a self-motivated person to lead sales drive. You will sell services that help people access health and care through translation and interpreting services and technologies.

  • Have deep knowledge of selling solutions into the healthcare sector
  • Ability to sell services using consultative sales approach
  • Develop, maintain, and rebuild relationships with customers
  • Analyse sales data to understand client needs and opportunities
  • Confidently sell into Public Sector (NHS, local authorities)
  • Prepare proposals and support bid team in tendering
  • Build, manage and maintain sales pipeline
  • Represent business at trade shows, networking events
  • Identify and develop partnerships

Skills and Attributes Required

  • 5+ years experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Experience selling to NHS, Public Sector, Mid and Large cap enterprise
  • Experience selling to procurement and senior management
  • Ideally experience selling SaaS products
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot Sales or similar CRM
  • Proven sales experience with excellent record of achieving targets
  • Initiative to spot new opportunities
  • Creativity and outside the box thinking
  • Self-driven and results-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Recruitment Process
