Job Description

Shifts: 3 shift rotation (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am) OR 4 on 4 off, 6–6 (days and nights).
Salary: £23,861 (3 shift rotation) or £26,221 (4 on 4 off).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Producing the required product to our high standards
  • Attention to detail when data inputting
  • Maintaining a clean production environment
  • To ensure that the production lines operate efficiently
  • Comply with food safety standards, quality, and legality always.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Good literacy, numeracy skills
  • A reliable, enthusiastic team player.
  • Good communication skills and an open, honest approach.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and manage individual workload.
  • Display a positive work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Attention to detail, and flexible in duties.
  • A proven attendance and timekeeping record.
  • Desirable: previous experience gained in a factory environment. However, further training will be provided.
