Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist / Administrator to join our busy team at our Marton headquarters.

  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Maintain tidy reception and office areas
  • Provide support to other departments as required

About You: Previous experience in reception, administration, or a customer-facing role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Highly organised with good attention to detail. Friendly, approachable, and able to work well as part of a team.
