Registered Manager - residential childcare WEYMOUTH and YEOVIL
Due to the imminent opening of new homes, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Services is looking to recruit 2 Registered Managers in Yeovil and Weymouth. You will have a proven track record with Ofsted, a strong understanding of the legislative framework surrounding residential childcare, and experience leading and developing a team. The ideal candidate will embrace therapeutic parenting principles and foster a culture where children are respected, heard, and supported in overcoming their past traumas. Level 5 is desirable or a strong commitment to work towards it.
