Key Responsibilities

  • Risk & Regulatory Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring all projects meet internal policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, Dodd-Frank, KYC).
  • Stakeholder Management: Regularly update executive leadership and steering committees on project progress, risks, and budgetary status.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate efforts between technology (IT), operations, product owners, and third-party vendors.
  • Project Governance: Enforce, or refine, project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Financial Oversight: Manage program budgets, vendor contracts, and cost control.
  • Change Management: Evaluate and implement change requests while minimizing disruption to business operations.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or IT (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) are typically required or highly preferred.
  • Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
