Core Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered automation solutions to enhance operational quality processes.
- Manage and support system configuration requirements across global project teams.
- Interpret complex technical inputs and translate them into clear, structured, and executable delivery plans.
- Embed project delivery structures within ACC Forma to ensure alignment, consistency, and transparency.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and league tables to monitor progress, quality, and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with project, technical, and operational stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Champion innovation in data utilisation, reporting capability, and workflow efficiency across project environments.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of digital tools, systems, and quality assurance frameworks.
Essential Requirements
- Strong technical expertise with proven experience in AI, automation, and digital process optimisation.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technical information and convert it into structured implementation and delivery plans.
- Experience working with project management systems, configuration control, and digital delivery platforms.
- Familiarity with ACC Forma or comparable project planning and visualisation tools.
- Experience developing and managing dashboards, reporting solutions, and performance tracking systems.
- Strong analytical thinking, organisation, and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to operate effectively across multiple teams and global project environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to a range of stakeholders.
