Resident Experience Assistant
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is an award-winning housing and regeneration organisation. This full-time, permanent role is based at George Green Offices, Poplar, with a salary of £31,086 - £31,530 per annum.
The Vacancy
Full Time - 35 Hours per week. An opportunity has arisen within our Asset Compliance team for a Resident Experience Assistant. The Resident Experience Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of Resident Experience.
Postholder's Responsibilities:
- Update systems, databases and trackers accurately, and in timely manner
- Collate information for complaints and access cases
- Organise, interrogate, and update data in accordance with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s policies and procedures
- Raise orders in line with the organisation's policies, procedures and obligations
- Liaise with residents, internal teams, contractors and solicitors
- Respond to emails and administrative service requests from contractors, suppliers, solicitors and colleagues
- Prepare routine correspondence, ensuring that replies are chased and monitored effectively
- Organise and log incoming correspondence
Skills & Experience:
- Can use MS Word, Excel and Outlook effectively
- Can understand and apply numerical data
- Has worked in a similar role with a similar level of responsibility
- Has worked in repairs within social housing (desirable)
- Has updated systems, databases, and trackers
