[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is an award-winning housing and regeneration organisation with a national reputation for innovative urban and social regeneration.
The Building Safety Offer (BSO) will work within the Building Fire Safety Team under the Development and Regeneration directorate to help deliver their programme of cladding remediation and Building Safety Act 2022 compliance work to buildings across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] estates.
The principle role of the BSO will be to assist the Building Safety Manager and the Building Fire Safety Team generally with technical and administrative support to ensure [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] meets its statutory obligations under the Building Safety Act 2022 and associated new legislation. Specifically, the BSO will provide support in gathering technical building information required for the development of Building Safety Case Reports. Close working with building Developers and Contractors is also required, both during the on-site works and during the pre-start assessment and specification periods, to assist with the delivery of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s remediation programme.
