Global Head of Marketing

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Global Head of Marketing to drive growth across Payments, Growth, and other core teams. This is a fully remote role. Candidates must be based in one of our talent hub countries (UK, Spain, USA, Canada, Kenya, and Ghana) or in operating markets in Africa. Fluency in English and French required. At least 10 years of marketing experience.

How You'll Help Us Achieve It

  • Lead the marketing team: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Foster collaboration with other departments. Manage relationships with external agencies and PR teams.
  • Drive growth: Develop multi-channel product marketing strategies (billboards, radio, BTL activations, social media). Monitor metrics and optimize performance. Identify marketing partners.
  • Optimize customer acquisition cost: Manage marketing budgets for each country. Monitor spending and allocate budgets strategically.
  • Manage [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s brand: Ensure consistent brand communications across all materials.

Key Details

  • Fully remote, but must be in talent hub countries or operating markets.
  • $1,200 yearly stipend for coworking meetups.
  • Travel to operational markets at least once per quarter.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French.
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience at an FMCG, tech start-up, telco, or similar.
  • Experience developing B2C marketing strategies in Africa.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to operating markets.
  • Compelling storyteller, in writing and verbally.
