Community Integrated Teams Administrator

This is a permanent part-time position (22.5 hours per week) within the Community Integrated Teams Service. The role offers a salary of £25,760 to £27,476 per annum (pro rata). Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and skilled Administrator to join our Community Integrated Team. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, take minutes, schedule appointments, and maintain records. Your ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and utilise IT systems will be invaluable.
Main Duties
- Providing efficient administrative support to enhance service delivery.
- Minute-taking – recording and summarising meetings.
- Independently accessing IT systems to obtain and input patient data.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Supporting the Business Support Manager in processing data and maintaining records.
- Supporting services to run effectively within the clinic.
- All staff are expected to work across a 7-day service (Job Share considered).

Person Specification
Skills & Abilities (Essential): Good writing, typing, data entry and telephone skills; ability to communicate verbally and in writing; prioritise workload; work as part of a team; use initiative; organised; flexible; analyse problems; tact and sensitivity. Knowledge (Essential): Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); confidentiality & data protection; building effective working relationships. Desirable: SystmOne; Data Protection legislation; healthcare services. Qualifications (Essential): NVQ level 3 or equivalent significant experience. Desirable: NVQ level 3 in Business Administration. Experience (Essential): Substantial administrative experience using computerised data systems; experience supervising staff. Desirable: Health or social care office environment.
