About the Role

We are recruiting an IAA Level 3 Immigration Adviser to join our [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd Croydon office. This senior role requires substantial technical expertise, strategic case management and the confidence to lead complex matters independently. You will be based primarily at Sunley House, Croydon, with hybrid remote work available where appropriate. Attendance at client meetings, in-office collaboration and Tribunal hearings will be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently lead and manage a challenging and varied UK immigration caseload
  • Advise and prepare applications across Skilled Worker, Sponsor Licence, Family, ILR and British Citizenship routes
  • Handle complex refusals, Administrative Reviews and appeal strategies
  • Prepare appeal bundles and represent clients at First-tier Tribunal hearings where required
  • Draft detailed legal submissions, representations and case analyses
  • Maintain full compliance with IAA regulatory standards and internal quality frameworks
  • Keep updated on Immigration Rules, Home Office policy and statutory guidance
  • Contribute to technical excellence and best practice across the team

Essential Requirements

  • IAA Level 3 (OISC) accreditation is mandatory
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ post-accreditation experience in UK immigration law and asylum law
  • Strong technical drafting, analytical capability and professional judgement
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex applications and appeals
  • High professional standards with meticulous regulatory compliance
