About the Role

Make a Meaningful Career Change: Become a Female Support Worker in Worcester. You’ll be part of a dedicated team supporting four gentlemen aged between their 20s and 40s. Each has autism, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy (well managed). They enjoy football, music, food, gaming, culture, and water activities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Promoting independence by encouraging choice and participation in everyday life
  • Providing daily support with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe, clean home
  • Sharing activities and hobbies, from football and gaming to cultural outings
  • Building relationships by understanding unique communication styles and creating trust

Shift Patterns

  • Day Shifts: 8am–4pm, 9am–5pm, 1pm–9pm
  • Long Day with Sleep-In: 3pm–2pm the following day
  • Sleep-In Shift: 11pm–7am

You don’t need previous care experience—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Ideal qualities include reliability, compassion, positivity, adaptability, calmness, and team orientation. A full UK manual driving licence is required.
