The Role

As a Keyholder, you will:

• Handle cash and complete daily finance records accurately
• Prepare drinks to recipe standards and maintain product & allergen knowledge
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote menu, offers, and loyalty app
• Keep the store clean, organised, and well presented
• Support store operations including opening/closing and stock management
• Manage and create content for the store's TikTok account
• Complete required training and support team with shift cover
• Help drive sales to meet store targets
• Complete reasonable tasks as assigned

You Are

• Experienced in driving a high-sales, customer-focused culture in fast-paced food/beverage environment
• Confident handling cash and financial transactions
• Proactive with a 'can do' attitude
• Passionate about people, service, and personal development
• Open to learning and sharing knowledge
• Flexible with evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to make a difference
• Eligible to work legally in the UK
