Role Overview

We’re hiring a Part Time Keyholder for Glasgow Fort at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].

Responsibilities

  • Handle cash and complete daily finance records accurately
  • Prepare drinks to recipe standards and maintain strong product & allergen knowledge
  • Deliver excellent customer service and promote our menu, offers and loyalty app
  • Keep the store clean, organised and well presented at all times
  • Support store operations including opening/closing and stock management
  • Manage and create content for the store’s TikTok account
  • Complete required training and support the team with shift cover when needed
  • Help drive sales to meet store targets
  • Complete the reasonable tasks assigned by the company

Requirements

  • Experience in driving a high-sales, customer-focused culture in a fast-paced food or beverage environment
  • Confident handling cash and managing financial transactions
  • Proactive, with a “can do” attitude
  • Passionate about people, service, and personal development
  • Open to learning and sharing your knowledge with others
  • Flexible with working hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to make a difference
  • Eligible to work legally in the UK
