Role Overview

As a Keyholder, you will handle cash, prepare drinks, deliver excellent customer service, manage stock, create TikTok content, and support store operations. We're looking for someone with experience in a fast-paced food or beverage environment, a proactive attitude, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle cash and complete daily finance records accurately
  • Prepare drinks to recipe standards and maintain product & allergen knowledge
  • Deliver excellent customer service and promote menu, offers, and loyalty app
  • Keep store clean, organised, and well presented
  • Support store operations including opening/closing and stock management
  • Manage and create content for store's TikTok account
  • Complete required training and support team with shift cover
  • Help drive sales to meet store targets
  • Complete reasonable tasks assigned by the company

  • Experience in driving a high-sales, customer-focused culture in fast-paced food or beverage environment
  • Confident handling cash and managing financial transactions
