Once again, the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is delighted announce that it is dedicated in offering a wide range of apprenticeships and the 2025/2026 financial year is no different.

We’re excited to offer apprenticeship opportunities within various areas across our organisation including financial, investment, pensions, technology, communications, risk and customer service.

Depending on which programme you join, durations can be from 12 months to 4 years. Each of the programmes offer a fixed term training contract that will give you paid time to attend training that will lead to a recognised apprenticeship qualification, and in most cases a professional qualification too.

This is a great opportunity to put your learning into practice straight away, providing you with a great all-round valuable experience.

An important requirement for our apprentices is the right attitude! So, if you have a can do, open-minded approach with a desire to learn then we’d love to hear more from you.

We’re a statutory public corporation led by our board and accountable to Parliament through the Secretary of State for the Department for Work and Pensions. It's our duty to protect people with an eligible defined benefit pension when an employer becomes insolvent.
