HGV Class 2 Driver/Sweeper

What you'll be doing

• Driving a range of vehicles (3.5T, 7.5T, HGV Class 2)
• Loading recycling and domestic waste at planned collection locations
• Manual sweeping of streets, footways, alleys, subways, etc.
• Using onboard technology to record task confirmation and crew issues
• Completing daily vehicle checks and work notes
• Complying with traffic laws and maintaining a safe work environment

What we're looking for

Essential:

• HGV Class 2 Licence
• Up-to-date CPC / DIGI card
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Prior experience in the waste industry
