About the Role
LiveLink is [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s advanced telematics and machine intelligence platform, supporting customers globally with data-led insights to improve productivity, uptime, and asset management.
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop business analysis skills in a live digital and operational environment, supporting global aftersales, parts logistics, and data-driven decision-making. The apprentice will work closely with stakeholders across IT, Aftersales, Parts Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, the apprentice will complete a nationally recognised Level 4 Business Analyst qualification, gaining practical experience while building professional capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for LiveLink systems and processes
- Produce process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Support data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and KPI development
- Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear requirements
- Assist with workshops, meetings, and stakeholder reviews
- Support project delivery activities, including testing and UAT
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Contribute to change management activities such as communications and user guidance
You will be supported throughout your apprenticeship with structured training, mentoring, and on-the-job learning.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated to learn and develop within a technical and fast-paced digital environment. You don’t need professional analytic experience—just a genuine interest in technology and the willingness to learn.
Essential Skills and Qualities
- Strong interest in business analysis, data, digital systems, or process improvement
- Ability to analyse information and solve problems logically
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- GCSEs at grade 4 or above in Maths and English are essential
- A-levels, T-levels, BTEC, or equivalent qualifications
Training and Development
- Completion of a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship alongside your role
- Hands-on experience within a global, data-driven organisation
- Exposure to industry-leading telematics technology (LiveLink)
- Structured off-the-job training with an approved apprenticeship training provider
