About the role

• Manage and respond to email enquiries for house accounts in a timely manner
• Handle incoming calls and assist with customer enquiries
• Complete take-offs to generate accurate quotations
• Review luminaire schedules and propose suitable [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] alternative products
• Follow up on quotations and support forecasting of potential orders
• Manage personal workload and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines
