About the role

The Post Order Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Post Order Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of all customer orders and project activities. This role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

You will lead the team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and foster strong collaboration across departments. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will support the achievement of business objectives through effective planning, communication, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Customer Service and Projects teams in line with company values and strategic goals
  • Support the development and execution of a customer experience strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee the successful delivery and communication of all customer orders and projects
  • Monitor service performance and implement improvements based on customer feedback
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalations
  • Establish, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Facilitate daily team meetings to review priorities, issues, and resolutions
  • Conduct monthly team meetings to review processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including absence management, probation reviews, and return-to-work processes
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to team members
  • Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the team
