This role plays a central part in delivering a seamless post-order experience, ensuring projects are managed efficiently from order placement through to completion. Acting as the key point of contact for customers and stakeholders, you will oversee project coordination, maintain supply chain integrity, and ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and service.

As a Project Controller, you will manage the full lifecycle of major projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external partners to coordinate project requirements, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships. This role requires strong organisational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including order processing, delivery scheduling, amendments, returns, and replacements
  • Act as the primary post-order contact for customers, ensuring clear communication throughout the project
  • Coordinate and lead project handovers and progress updates with site teams
  • Maintain supply chain integrity across in-house, subcontracted, and outsourced elements
  • Oversee product design and approval processes, liaising with designers, contractors, and wholesalers
  • Attend site meetings where required to support project delivery and relationship management
  • Provide technical advice and guidance on product selection
  • Maintain accurate project control systems and documentation, including trackers to support KPIs
  • Ensure adherence to project management processes and standards.
