Data Analyst
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Data Analyst to serve as the data voice in Europe. This role involves working with a dream dataset spanning millions of data points across influencer campaigns, player behavior, and marketing performance to help top game publishers make smarter go-to-market decisions.
What you'll do
- Translate customer’s game launch dreams into actionable data-driven strategies
- Identify patterns in EU market data to inform customer strategy and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s product direction
- Develop the playbook for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s data-driven creator campaign strategy for EU customers
- Contribute ideas on new data sources, insights, and ways [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] can create value
- Partner with EU sales and campaigns teams to build data-backed customer proposals
- Attend and lead data-oriented conversations in customer meetings
- Help customers define success and interpret performance through [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s unique data
- Challenge assumptions that don't hold up to our data and expertise

Requirements
- 4–7 years in data, analytics, or business intelligence role
- Strong SQL skills (Postgres, Redshift, MySQL, etc.)
- S-Tier technical and non-technical communication skills
- Consultative, strategic mindset
- High level of self-sufficiency
- Based in the EU and available during core EU business hours
- Fluency in English; additional EU languages a plus
- Gaming industry background preferred
- Comfort leveraging AI to accelerate analytics workflows
Nice to Haves
- Deep understanding of Twitch/Twitter/YouTube Gaming space
- Proficient in R or Python
- Experience in digital marketing and performance marketing
- Large-scale data analytics experience
