[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] | Remote (GMT) | Full-time | £65K – £80K + Equity

About Us

Healthcare is in crisis and the people behind the results deserve better. [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, making patient data accessible, actionable, and automated across labs and devices. Backed by Creandum, Point Nine, 20VC, YC, and leading angels.

Why We Need You

Our current team is small and we want to triple it this year. You'd join a small People & Talent team: Dani, Nicole, and Lyn. We want someone to take all of technical hiring and put 100% of their energy into it.

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day

  • Run technical hiring end-to-end: from first convo to offer.
  • Source like it matters: outbound is core.
  • Build our network in European engineering through content, community, intros, events.
  • Keep momentum: chase feedback, unblock decisions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers.
  • Treat candidates well: fast process, clear comms.
  • Tighten how we hire: sharpen scorecards, calibration, feedback loops.
  • Feedback what you're seeing with data.

Requirements

  • Technical recruiting experience hiring senior talent at an early-stage company.
  • High-agency operator.
  • In it to build something.
  • Care about every hire.
  • Sourcing-first mindset.
  • Strong judgment.

What This Role Isn't

  • You don't want to source.
  • You want a fully polished process on day one.
  • You prefer high-volume recruiting.
  • You want to recruit across every function.
  • You're looking for a people manager role.

Compensation & Benefits

  • £65,000 - £80,000 + equity
  • Generous early stage options
  • Regular in-person offsites
  • Monthly learning budget of $300
  • Flexible, remote-first working - including $1K for home office equipment
  • Monthly budget of $150 towards coworking space
  • 25 days off + national holidays
  • Healthcare coverage depending on location

Important Details

We only hire folks physically based in GMT and EST timezones. We do not sponsor visas right now given our stage.
