Software Engineer, Full stack

Backed by Creandum, Point Nine, 20VC, YC, and leading angels. Team size 35, 6 engineers, revenue 4x'd in the last year. Fully remote (GMT timezone). Salary: £90K - £130K + equity.
Why we need you
Our small but mighty 6-person engineering team is tackling big, ambitious problems across wearables and lab testing. We’re already streaming time-series data from 3M+ wearables, helping major digital health companies deliver 4M+ lab tests, and saving patients thousands of dollars. Now we’re aiming to go from 4 million to 40 million diagnostics. We need full-stack engineers who can help build the next version of our diagnostics API.
What you’ll be doing day to day
- Building our customer facing products – dashboards for wearables and lab testing
- Speaking with customers – being customer obsessed and digging into product usage
- Owning full-stack features end-to-end across frontend and backend
- Tackling ambitious problems that haven’t been done before in healthcare
- Iterating quickly – ship, learn, and refine
Requirements
- Startup engineering experience where you influenced what to build
- Track record of building and shipping full-stack features end-to-end
- Ability to turn messy problems into a clear plan
- Comfortable working across frontend and backend
- Strong product judgment
- Focus on how people use the product, not just code elegance
- Fast iteration based on feedback and metrics
- Comfortable with hard constraints and complex edge cases
- Proactive about getting feedback from customers
How you'll be compensated
- Salary: £90K - £130K + equity
